Softether and OpenVPN own clients do their work very well.

Anyways, i suggest Softether because it is way better in my own oppinion.
Will use only Linux operation systems to host the server, so be sure you running Debian, Ubuntu or some other Linux on your server or be sure you are able to use VM with Linux on your Windows server.
