I will troubleshoot computer issues remotely

I will provide remote access support to help you troubleshoot and fix most of your computer related issues.

I specialize in printers support but I do have a lot of experience with network related issues as well (wireless or wired network connections), I will also help you scan your computer for any type of virus, malware or registry issue,Some of my skills are:

-Advanced OS Knowledge. (Windows, MAC OS, Android and iOs)
-Microsoft Office package knowledge.
-Great Written and Communication Skills.
-Fast Typing Speed. (Over 40WPM)
-High Levels of Concentration.
-Electronic's technician. (I am able to troubleshoot, diagnose and provide technical support for computers, smartphones, printers, scanners and many other devices)

I am available to work from 5AM-11AM EST and also from 11PM-2AM EST - Monday to Friday, on the weekends I'll be available from 5AM-5PM EST.
